Victoria BC Cruise – August 9-12 – BYC SIGNUP AND MOORAGE REGISTRATION DEADLINES

We have 400’ of dock space reserved for BYC members at the Causeway docks (right in front of the Empress Hotel!) for 3 nights starting August 9th, but members need to meet the following deadlines to hold their dock space reservation:

BYC WEBSITE SIGNUP

Sign up on the BYC website http://cruising.byc.org/2018-byc-victoria-bc-cruise-registration-form/ this week (NO LATER THAN JULY 13TH) with names, boat name, and boat length, so we can submit a list to the marina in Victoria.

YOUR MARINA RESERVATION

You then have until JULY 25th to go on the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority Individual Reservation Request website https://www.gvha.ca/marinas-facilities/marinas/reservations/individual-reservation-request to make your personal reservation for moorage.  Mark Causeway as you Preferred Marina.  You will see on that page near the bottom of the form the location to list Bellingham Yacht Club as the “group” you are associated with.  After your online registration, the Marina will then contact you individually for your credit card billing information to hold your reservation.

We look forward to seeing you on this cruise to this beautiful destination.

Contact Bill & Karin Colgrove at 360-224-0779 or 360-224-3570 if you have any questions.

Thanks!
