Registration Form
The purpose of this registration form is two-fold.
1. To provide numbers for meal and event planning for your Cruise Host.
2. In the case of an event where marina reservations are required to be submitted in bulk, to gather enough information so that your cruise captain can complete the slip reservation form. Keep in mind that most marinas require 30 days in advance, so get your registration in early.
Please complete all required fields and then press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. If you can help with the cruise, please check the "Volunteer" box and we will contact you.
